it was the first day of my field placement jus now..met hani at 9am at the gate of prison hq..then our supervisor met up wif us there too..exchaged our ic for the entrance pass n went for a tour ard the hq..our supervisor, ms farha, showed us ard the premises..i didnt know they have a library for counselors there..dats cool! them she brought us to the main office branch where me n hani were posted to..introduced us to all the staffs there..there's more than 10 of them..so we cant memorise the names or even recall who is who..haha then had our briefing in the conference rm.. the ppl there gave us background knowledge abt the prison settings n dealing with inmates..thot the whole thing wud end at 12noon since its orientation day, but it stretched till 5.30pm..haiz

my supervisor left us alone at our desk to lepak n do our own things.. then it was so boring cos we dun haf access to internet..the computer only haf access to intranet..boring giler seh we all! in the end, we looked thru the employees online resumes found on the intranet cos we logged in using our supervisor's user id.. some of the resumes so funny seh, esp under the special talent and hobbies section..cant reveal them here la cos it'll be treated as a breach of trust..strict rules n regulation there

anw was hoping to haf a tour of the prison jus now but my supervisor said she'll bring us there tmr..cant wait for dat!! n hopefully tmr will be more fun la cos i dun wanna bum ard the office doin nthg..its a waste of time and energy..n i will feel so restless like jus now..but luckily i got hani as my partner..wondering how my other friends are doin since they are all alone at their designated placement
